Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Kingman, Arizona? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Kingman?

Forclosures are accounting for at least 25% of home sales in Kingman. For a nice list of foreclosures go to www.kingmanlandbrokers.com and click on the foreclosure icon on the right hand side of the page. This list is hard to keep udated so for a complete list shoot me and e-mail and I can foward over foreclosures to you as they become available. They tend to sell quickly as the banks usually take 30% less than what was owed.
