Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Kingman, Arizona and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   There are a couple of condo projects north of town and then one in town itself behind the hospital. There are a lot of town homes in Kingman as well. On the golf course there are a couple as well. The only age restrict community is going out Airway and left on Lyons. One person in the house has to be over 55.
